We continuously monitor EVERY service we have connected to our infrastructure and when a service is not performing as we expect or at a time that an outage occurs our techs are alerted wherever they may be.

If/when service is not performing as we expect based on the type of technology and solution supplied contact to end client will be made. Sometimes we get the call first, but we already know of the issue our customers are experiencing.

Service Faults that are identified in the monitoring of the supplied service will automatically be flagged for a tech to investigate and where applicable organising wholesalers involved to rectify issue.
