Customer Agrees with the following below
By Completing this Booking Request you agree that Galactic Solutions and/or Galactic Communications will be in contact about your request.
You agree and accept you will be charged as per our current call out and and hourly rates. You can find our charges visiting our fee schedule page
If you require a Estimate for job costings you agree to accept our Estimate Fee of a total of 150+GST. If Estimate is not accepted within 30 Days of issue.
The Estimate will be provided to you via Text Message or Email. If a verbal estimate is given this will be confirmed with a Text Message or EMAIL. The Estimate Charge will not be applicable if acceptance of Estimate is received.
You may need to pay a deposit before any work is stated this will be advised via email or via phone if matter is urgent.
Confidentiality
In conducting this request, information acquired by us in the course of the engagement is subject to strict confidentiality requirements. That information will not be disclosed by us to other parties except as required or allowed for by law, or with your express consent.
Estimated Pricing
Unless otherwise stated in writing, any estimates which we provide to you of our anticipated fees, disbursements and
charges are only indicative of the amounts you can expect to be charged. Estimates are not quotes and are not binding
on us.
Terms of Trade
Our terms of trade are 14 days. An itemised account of all charges, costs and disbursements will be provided on the
invoice. Accounts overdue by 30 days incur General Interest charge of 5% greater than the current interest rate set out by the reserve bank calculated daily and billed monthly. Minimum fee of $15 per month. If we incur any costs of collection, such as legal fees and collection agency fees etc., you agree to indemnify us for all such costs.
Terms & Conditions must be agreed to prior to commencement of sales transactions between Galactic Solutions/Communications and The Customer.
